1. The Nature of Our Products (Important)

Our devices are refurbished smartphones that have been professionally tested and installed with a custom, open-source operating system (such as CalyxOS or /e/OS).

    • Not Stock Android: These devices do not run the manufacturer's original Android software and do not include Google Play Services or Google apps by default.

    • Software Limitations: You acknowledge that certain applications, including specific banking apps, UPI apps, or DRM-protected streaming services, may not function on these devices. We clearly disclose known app compatibility on each product page.

    • Warranty Void: Installing a custom OS typically voids the original manufacturer's warranty. We provide our own limited warranty as described in our Warranty Policy.

2. Payment Terms

    • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


3. Shipping and Delivery

    • Dispatch Time: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation.

    • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India.

    • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated at checkout.

    • Lost or Delayed Shipments: While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events. We will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.

4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.

    • Eligibility: To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product, explaining the reason for the return.

    • Conditions: The device must be returned in the same condition it was received, without physical damage, water damage, or software tampering (e.g., unlocking the bootloader or flashing a different OS).

    • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the device, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    • Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover returns based on software/app compatibility issues if we have already disclosed those limitations on the product page.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.
  • Defective Products: If you receive a ​device with a hardware defect (DOA - Dead on Arrival), report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video for a replacement or full refund.
  • Return Shipping: For approved returns due to defects, we will arrange pickup. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

6. Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law
